High Tea Blogger Meet Up

This afternoon the lovely Louise of Digs Frocks and Books, and the equally lovely Jennifer of Pretty Little Pictures met up with me for high tea at The Victoria Room.

We had delicious sandwiches, sweets and scones, with tea of course. Yum. It's really quite funny meeting fellow bloggers, because you know them and yet don't!

And of course, here's the outfit:

I bought this skirt over a month ago. Somehow the post man got confused and didn’t deliver it straight to me like he normally does. Maybe it was caught up in customs. Maybe it was misdirected to Austria. We shall never know. But now, after hiccups, it’s mine.

And here's my new 60s coat. I have wanted a bracelet length sleeved jacket with a fur collar for awhile and I found this in Vinnies yesterday. They were having a 50% off storewide sale, and while I wouldn't have paid $40 for a coat with two missing buttons, I could justify $20.

But then the unimaginable happened. I was trying it on last night and put my hand in the pocket, and pulled out the two missing buttons! I think I actually squealed!
