The Love Vintage Show

Wearing:
50s blouse: Sew Charmed
50s skirt: Cats and Crickets
Shoes: Miss L Fire via Anthropologie
Bag: The Vintage Mistress

I can't believe how fast this week has flown by. Was anyone else having an epically fast week? Guess it must have been all the events, "dramas" and looking at pretty furniture that did it.

Last weekend I was over at Canterbury for the Love Vintage Show in this get-up. It's been a year since I was last here, and I had a great time again. Astin was my loyal companion on the hunt for bargains (snapping one up herself) and I came away with a marvellous aqua coloured 50s dress... There will be pics soon, I promise ;) I also swung by Barnhouse Antiques to say hello, and bumped into a few familiar faces including Louise from Digs Frocks and Books. (Yeah, so this is where we all hang out...)

Next year the show will be at Moore Park - that will definitely mean it will be bigger. It will be interesting to see if that doesn't mean more expensive.

Love WTP x
(P.S. Sorry the pics are a bit blown out - it was insanely sunny and I'm really fair...)

Such a fabulous skirt! Perfect for a weekend stroll around the vintage fair. Can't wait to see your new frock!

I've only unveiled my pale legs a few times so far this spring… I'm hoping to keep their whiteness hidden behind my tights all the way to Victoria. ;)

You looked beautiful!! I will have to meet you next time.

We can not make the March Fair (due to me having to hand in my PhD thesis in May) but we will be at the October Fair.

The Moore Park venue will make it a much bigger fair. I am also hoping that this means a variety of new 'cheaper' sellers. I managed to get only one dress for myself at this fair and was a bit disappointed that I did not find anything else in my price range.

You looked fab! And yes, I'm excited about Moore Park. Although even more stalls may make my head spin.
