I love all things Ancient Egyptian. Ancient History was my favorite high school topic. And while the Greeks were geeks, the Romans ruled, the Cretians cool, the Egyptians just had a bit of finesse about them, didn't they? So when I spotted this revival deco brooch on Jean Jean Vintage, my brain went a little giddy. I love it with this patterned shirt, such a great match.

I totally love that brooch. Although it is vintage, it almost has a futuristic look that would fit in with alot of my nerdy looks.
