Here are the promised pictures... My gorgeous friend Tori married Ryan on Sunday at Watsons Bay, followed by a ferry trip across the harbour to Circular Quay, where we dined in style at the swankest restaurant in town, Quay. It was the best celebration to be part of: not only are Ryan and Tori such a great couple, the Vivid Light Display lit up the Opera House, the wedding party was small and intimate, we ate amazing food, we drank until we were tipsy, and boy did we dance!
Macarena,
Gangnam Style, Nutbush City Limits (I hear it's an Aussie thing
to do this!), and spirit fingers galore. I had sore muscles for two days after from busting so many moves in stilettos!
Wedding highlights: The bride and groom left the church to Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D Minor played by the church organist... strangers on the balcony outside the restaurant joined in doing the macarena... riding on the Ferry as the sun set over Sydney Harbour... The girls and I writing very naughty messages and dropping them in the gift chest... The Pokemon cake toppers!
You can see the amazing photographer, Vincent Lai's, selection of
photos here. I'll admit, they leave mine for dead.

Ohh it looks like it was the perfect wedding! That little church is so cute and romantic, I would love to get married in one like that, so nice and traditional. The dress you wore for the reception is just gorgeous, the fabric makes me think of a kimono!
And POKEMON :D :D
