If you follow me on Instagram, you will've seen I was at a fun party on Friday night. Second mother (it's a whole tale, but she's in no way REALLY related to me, other than unofficially adopting me into her little family unit as her "second daughter") turned 50 last year, but never got to throw a party, so she did this year. The theme? White with a pop of colour. I'm never really sure white is my colour, so I went with this luxurious cream and silver brocade Suzy Perette gown with splashes of aqua. I bought this cardigan recently and I adore it because, hello dangly coral beads, but nearly died when I realised the beads on it match the beads of a parure I own.
It was such a fun party, catching up with friends, getting a tad tipsy, and eating tasty morsels.
