Early Birthday Presents

At work we have a name for all the purchases you make in the month and a half before your birthday: Early birthday presents. These are items you write off as being "for my birthday" and hence don't feel guilty. If you're anything like me, you wrap them up for yourself too... but not everyone does that. And with Christmas only three days apart from my birthday, I also get early Christmas presents into the mix.

Lately, I've been buying a few 'birthday presents' for my birthday in December. I started with some purchases that are too perfect. They are from Book Depository, which has free worldwide shipping. The Black Apple's Paperdoll Primer is just too, too perfect, and I recommend it to everyone. I am waiting on my other books!

Oh, yes, ahem, early Christmas pressie... yes, I really love paperdolls.

So, Santa and Birthday Fairy, if you could please bring the following items, I would be rather happy and my current wishlist would be fulfilled.

Modcloth: Soft Landing Cardigan, $92.99 & Traveling Translator Tote, $99.99.

I'd uber love a Dear Golden Vintage gift certificate. Her store makes me drool on a daily basis.

Some delicious Creme Brulee or Chocolate tea from T2 Tea. Yum!

Anthropologie Christmas decorations. I wish I could justify buying these for myself, but I already have glittery red shoes on my Christmas tree...

Anthropologie: Green Toadstool Clip, $10 & Winter Lutz Ornament, $12

And uh, well, anything from Jean Jean Vintage. I'm in love with everything art deco and sparkly and Duff feeds my addiction ;)

Right! Off to do some wrapping...

Love WTP x
