You will need:
- A hair brush
- Bobby pins
- A hair elastic
- A hair net in the same colour as your hair
- A square scarf, that can be wrapped around your hair.
Take your scarf and fold it into a triangle. Then wrap it into a thin strip.
With the ends in your hands, wrap the scarf under your pony tail and around your head and tie it in a knot where your part is.Tuck the ends of the scarf under itself and use pins to secure it to your hair as it may be slippery on your hair, depending on it's texture.
Take your ponytail and loosely wrap it around the ponytail elastic. My hair is thick and long so it goes around a few times, but if your hair is shorter try to make the bun as big as possible without too much effort. Secure the hair net over the top of the bun and begin to pin around the bun to secure it.
Ta da, your hair is done! Throw on some big black sunnies and pink gloss and you're set for hot weather. Hopefully without my sunburn...

Oh I am gonna try this one out! I have a large collection of vintage scarves and this is a fab way of wearing them with a difference! Terrific images to make the steps easy, too.
simple & gorgeous!
Love it. I'm always trying to find ways to wear scarves. Though I wish my hair was as thick as yours.
So beautiful!
