Melbourne is well known as the city of monochromatic dress sense - black and white all the way. Sydney is a little different in style - we are a more relaxed bunch, all for the laid-back approach where no one takes themselves seriously. From the hipster looks of the Inner Western suburbs to the ultra kawaii of the South West, we see a distinct blend.
Recently, the lovely people over at THE ICONIC contacted me to let me know about this fabulous and Australian focused fashion store. I was in love almost instantly. Seeing labels including Peeptoe, Nicola Finetti, Minty Meets Munt and my all time favorite shoe label, Senso, pop up made me a little giddy. Even though I'm a vintage girl at heart, I really am trying to shop 'locally' these days. We've got some great talent here and there's some worthwhile investment pieces taunting me from the shop.
So what would I buy if I had all the money in the world? These five things, of course!
1.
'Jurgen Teller' dress from Ellery, $719.
2.
'50's Sleeveless Shirt' from Neuw, $99.95.
3.
'Jersey Drape Dress' from Nicola Finetti, $389.
5.
So, what would you pick? Any pieces you're hankering for? Let me know.
Love WTP x
P.S. THE ICONIC offers free Australia wide shipping and 3 hour express shipping. I can't argue with that.

Really love the last pair of shoes. I'll check out the site! When I lived in Japan, even though the shopping there was amazoid, I did find myself missing Sydney style.
