Hello kiddlets, how's your week been? I'm still dreaming about the delicious scones I ate on Saturday. My co-worker and lovely friend Lauren celebrated her birthday in style with high tea at the QVB. It was fabulous catching up with the girls over Earl Grey and Jasmine in silver pots and eating cakes from tiered plates. The QVB dome also turned into a 'snow globe' over the weekend with the three storey high Christmas tree (yes it goes through the middle of the building) covered in Swarovski crystals getting snowed on while 'Let it snow' played. It was quite magical.
I wore my favorite new summer dress, a 50's sarong number, that even has press-stud bloomers underneath, not that I was flashing them at the table.

Love your outfit. Perfect for a summer high tea.
Does your clutch have colourful lining? I saw you note it as Ken Done and wondered. :)
