I was going through my picture folders and realised I never posted these photos from Paris... in what, June last year? Good gracious. My memories of Paris are blurred and wet - it poured all the time so I saw most of Paris huddled into my hoodie trying to take pictures while holding an umbrella... uh, Tres Chic?
But here it is. The famous sights, the shops and the food... Oh the French. They cook like no other nation.

You do indeed! I had gone into the shop while it was pouring rain on the street and was enticed by all the colours. My brother and I bought a big box and sat with a glass of wine back at our hotel in the courtyard eating them one by one. One of my fondest memories of Paris.
Now, I'm feeling nostalgic about my trip to Paris back in college! My memories of the city are a bit fuzzy as well, because it was such a brief trip, and I didn't feel entirely comfortable around the people who went with me. Still, that city is just magic. The bits of the trip I remember best are little moments, and I think your photos do a good job of capturing the small details that make Paris so neat.
I feel a little guilty and uncultured to admit this, but much as Paris is beautiful the main reason I want to go to Paris for is...THE FOOD!!!!! Those sweets look like they were plucked from the credits of Marie Antoinette!
