This dress reminds me of being in year 2 at
school again. We had to learn about 'warm' and 'cool' tones. For the cool tones
we had to paint purple, green and blue stripes on a sheet of paper, then stamp
it with white circles. Why, I have no idea, I guess it was artistic. Anyway,
that's immediately where my mind goes when I see this dress. It's a The
Hawaiian Shop Chicago dress that I just am ga-ga over. The in-built bra, the
lace up back, cool jewel tones... can you go wrong?
A chilled out dress seemed an appropriate
choice for a stinking hot run around day post photo shoot and then putting up
my Christmas tree at home. Keep an eye out this week for the first series of
shots from the shoot - I'm so excited to share them with you! There's a few
sneak peeks on my IG.
