The Trench Coat

The trench coat: does anything else seem quite so classic, practical, stylish and trans-seasonal – literally still being worn years after, not just from S/S to A/W. When I saw the Dita Von Teese VIP Trench coat I knew I needed it in my life. Just look at it. That princess cut, that extra long belt so you can nip the waist by tying it, the shoulder pads. Yes, this coat is perfect for my wardrobe.

I teamed it on Saturday with a new to me 50s dress, and a perfect tone of orangey lipstick (Chanel shade 416 "coco" for those interested) because, why not?

WOW!!!!!!!!! That coat is absolutely stunning - but one could not expect anything less than that from something designed by Dita! I actually bought a similar looking one (well similar style) in beige from Collectif this week, and I'm looking forward to wearing it when it arrives. I just love how glam trench coats look, you look gorgeous in yours :)
